🤝 Risultati straordinari dai Workshop del Progetto SFERA! 🌟
Grazie alla partecipazione attiva e all’entusiasmo delle PMI delle aree rurali coinvolte, i quattro workshop organizzati nell’ambito del Progetto SFERA, finanziato dal Programma INTERREG Italia-Croazia 2021-2027, hanno raggiunto risultati significativi!
✅ Collaborazione e condivisione
Attraverso un lavoro congiunto, abbiamo esplorato temi chiave come digitalizzazione, politiche attive del lavoro, accesso ai bandi e digital marketing. Attraverso un approccio partecipativo, le PMI hanno condiviso storie, esperienze e sfide superate, creando un ambiente di apprendimento reciproco.
🌱 Nuove opportunità per le aree rurali
Il dialogo tra imprese ha portato alla luce idee innovative e collaborazioni che possono valorizzare le aree rurali, trasformandole in veri e propri poli di sviluppo economico e turistico.

Dai workshop sono emerse testimonianze di imprese che hanno trasformato difficoltà in opportunità, mostrando come l’innovazione e la collaborazione possano rendere le aree rurali motori di sviluppo sostenibile.

Nell’ambito del Progetto SFERA, finanziato dal Programma INTERREG Italy-Croatia 2021-2027 sono in programmazione 4 Workshop gratuti presso la sede in Via N.Tridente 2/bis indirizzati alle imprese localizzate nelle aree rurali. Infatti SFERA mira a promuovere un modello di governance integrata che favorisca la creazione e lo sviluppo di attività imprenditoriali in tali aree che offrono un potenziale significativo per incrementare le entrate turistiche nella regione Puglia ed in quella croata.
Lo scopo dei workshop è promuovere lo scambio e il trasferimento di conoscenze e competenze tra le PMI partecipanti e i relatori esperti, nonché diffondere una maggiore conoscenza tra le aziende dei territori interessati. Durante i workshop, le PMI non agiranno solo come destinatari di conoscenze, ma anche come contributori, condividendo le proprie esperienze, sfide e storie di successo, promuovendo così un ambiente basato sull’approccio partecipativo e sull’apprendimento reciproco.
I 4 Workshop, della durata di 4 ore ciascuno, verteranno sulle seguenti tematiche:
- Digitalizzazione il 13 Novembre ore 15
- Politiche attive del lavoro il 19 Novembre ore 15
- Accesso ai Bandi regionali e nazionali il 22 Novembre ore 15
- Digital Marketing il 26 Novembre ore 15
E’ possibile partecipare ad uno o più workshop.
Per partecipare è necessario prenotarsi massimo entro il giorno antecedente la data del workshop (se ci si prenota per tutti o più workshop non sarà necessario ripetere la registrazione).

Thanks to the active participation and enthusiasm of SMEs from the involved rural areas, the four workshops organised as part of the SFERA Project, funded by the INTERREG Italy-Croatia 2021-2027 Programme, have achieved remarkable results!

As part of the SFERA Project, funded by the INTERREG Italy-Croatia 2021-2027 Programme, four free workshops will be held at the venue on Via N. Tridente 2/bis, aimed at businesses located in rural areas. The SFERA Project seeks to promote an integrated governance model that fosters the creation and growth of entrepreneurial activities in these areas, which have significant potential to boost tourism revenues in both Puglia and Croatia.
The workshops aim to promote knowledge exchange and skill transfer among participating SMEs and expert speakers while increasing awareness among businesses in the targeted regions. During the sessions, SMEs will not only act as knowledge recipients but also as active contributors, sharing their experiences, challenges, and success stories. This will create an engaging, participatory learning environment.
Each workshop will last four hours and will focus on the following key areas:
- Digitalization (November 13th at 3 pm)
- Active labour policies (November 19th at 3 pm)
- Access to funding opportunities (November 22nd at 3 pm)
- Digital marketing (November 26th at 3 pm)
It is possible to participate in one or more workshops.
To attend, registration must be completed no later than the day before the workshop date. (If registering for multiple or all workshops, it will not be necessary to repeat the registration process.)
Please note that the maximum number of participants is 20. Once this limit is reached, further participation will not be possible (registrations will be accepted based on the date and time of submission). Businesses that are not admitted to the workshop will be notified via the email address provided during registration.
